The innovators at The Original Cakerie are excited to announce the launch of new Inspired by Happiness™ gluten-free two-layer cakes: Dreamin’ of Chocolate™ Two-Layer Dark & White Chocolate Cake and Dreamin’ of Strawberries™ Two-Layer White Chocolate Shortcake. Using premium all-natural ingredients such as real whipping cream and Belgian chocolate, the new deliciously moist and smooth-textured cakes are a premium dessert offering—whether or not your patrons demand a gluten-free option.
