“I am always looking for elegant ways to make entertaining easy and effortless, so I created these baked, round and thin Flatbread Crips to serve alongside everyday snacks, tapas and hors d’oeuvres. They are pantry essentials to help you serve easy and elegant hors d’oeuvres, snacks and tapas,” says Amory. “Flatbreads have been a staple in Mediterranean countries for thousands of years. Mine are thin and round, baked and crispy.”
