78,315 Pounds of Food Donated to City Harvest by Specialty Food Association Summer Fancy Food Show Exhibitors

On the final day of the Show, SFA worked with 125 City Harvest volunteers to rescue 95 pallets totaling more than 78,000 pounds of food from the Show. This entire surplus was made available to New Yorkers living with food insecurity.

Famous for their award-winning blue cheeses, Point Reyes is introducing Fennel Blue, a version of its beloved Bay Blue, infused with aromatic fennel seeds. Truffle Brie, also being launched, is Point Reyes’ second cheese using black summer truffles from Sabatino Tartufi in Umbria, Italy.

Summer Fancy Food Show Showcases Innovative Dairy Foods Made With Sustainably Sourced Milk From California

CMAB will sample an assortment of dairy applications including cheese, Hispanic dairy, lassi, desserts, whey-based spirits, and dairy protein puff snacks.
