HANOI — The United States remained the biggest importer of Vietnamese seafood in 2014 with over 1.709 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for some 21.8 percent of the market share.
According to Vietnam's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on Tuesday, export revenue of Vietnamese seafood to the market in 2014 posted an increase of 17.3 percent year-on-year.
Vietnamese seafood exports to Japan, South Korea and China in 2014 also witnessed year-on-year increase of 7.5 percent, 27.8 percent and 11.4 percent, respectively.
