Winn-Dixie has sold its distribution warehouse on Beaver Street for almost $100 million. But a spokesman for the chain said it will lease it back.
A limited liability corporation controlled by American Realty Capital of New York paid $99,768,500 for the facility on 200 acres at 15500 West Beaver St., just east of Baldwin.
Brian Wright, senior director for communications and community, said the company will continue to occupy the building through a long-term lease without a change in operations.
