Win-Holt Equipment Group Buys Georgia Firm

As part of an expansion across the nation and the globe, Syosset-based Win-Holt Equipment Group has acquired Commercial Stainless Fabricators, in Marietta, Ga.

The manufacturer of food service and material handling equipment said it acquired the firm and its 60,000-square-foot facility, which will become part of Win-Holt’s custom stainless steel fabrication operation.

The companies didn’t disclose the terms of the deal, which is only the latest move by Win-Holt to expand nationwide.

Commercial Stainless Fabricators’ operations will join Win-Holt’s other stainless steel manufacturing facilities in Pennsylvania, Texas and California.

Win-Holt supplies equipment to restaurants, food service dealers, supermarkets and retailers worldwide.
