Baltimore, MD – Phillips Seafood announced today it has opened two new airport restaurant locations: Newark Liberty International as well as Harrisburg International Airport bringing the total to nine successful airport restaurant operations. Both full service locations feature a traditional Phillips menu offering signature crab dishes, genuine Maryland style favorites and specialty drinks. The restaurants are franchises with two leading concessionaires.
Phillips will maintain its cooked-to-order philosophy while still meeting the critical time needs of the hurried traveler. Phillips will continue to feature classic dishes such as famous premium crab cakes, Blackened Ahi Tuna Steak, Cream of Crab and Lobster Bisque soup. Menu segments include entrees, sandwiches, appetizers, bar fare and desserts. For the non-seafood guest, a sirloin steak, Angus burger, and chicken breast dishes are available. New specialty items include Crab Cobb salad, Lobster roll, Blackened Mahi tacos and Crab Ravioli.
Phillips Seafood-Newark Liberty International Airport is located in Terminal A representing Phillips 9th airport location and opened to the public on July 19, 2011. First time offerings for the company’s airport model in Newark include a full wine menu with varietal wines by the glass and bottle. Phillips Newark features five draft beers including Phillips own Amber Ale plus Signature Bloody Mary and Blue Crab Margarita. Hours of operation are from 5:30 am through 10:00 pm seven days a week with seating up to 84 guests.
The Harrisburg International Airport Phillips Seafood restaurant is located inside the Main Terminal bringing refreshing full service dining options seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner to Pennsylvania’s Capitol City. Hours of operation are from 5:30 am through 10:00 pm. The restaurant is very accommodating to travelers as it is outfitted with numerous power outlets. It opened to the traveling public on June 16, 2011.
