Omori North America and PMI Kyoto Launch J-Packaging Solutions to Deliver Integrated Packaging Across North America

CHICAGO — Omori North America and PMI Kyoto Packaging Systems have announced an agreement to form J-Packaging Solutions Inc. (JPS), a jointly owned company being established to provide integrated packaging solutions throughout North America.
By combining Omori North America’s expertise in primary packaging with PMI Kyoto’s strengths in secondary packaging and end-of-line automation, JPS will create a single platform for integrated packaging solutions across North America.
JPS will offer flow wrapping, cartoning, case packing, robotics, palletizing, conveying systems and fully integrated turnkey packaging lines. Through a single point of contact, customers will gain access to a broader range of technologies and expertise to support complete packaging line projects, from system design and project management to installation and aftermarket support.
The company will serve manufacturers across the food, pharmaceutical, personal care and consumer packaged goods sectors throughout North America.
The agreement to launch JPS represents a significant step forward in expanding integrated packaging capabilities and customer support across the region.
