Talented chefs share personal stories, passion for crafting dishes with Maple Leaf Farms duck
LEESBURG, Ind. — Maple Leaf Farms inspirational new docuseries, “Duck Culinary Tales,” takes viewers behind the scenes of top restaurants where talented chefs share their unique culinary journeys and showcase their passion for crafting delicious dishes using Maple Leaf Farms duck.
“Our culinary partners are incredibly talented and have inspirational stories of achieving professional success,” said Director of Marketing Olivia Tucker Ruddell. “We are excited to share some of their unique stories through our Duck Culinary Tales series.”
Currently, the Duck Culinary Tales docuseries highlights the culinary journeys of four chefs from different regions of the country. The segments include exclusive interviews with the chefs and behind-the-scenes footage of their operations, highlighting how they have incorporated Maple Leaf Farms duck into their menus and the inspiration behind their dishes. The company is planning on releasing additional episodes in the future.

Through the Duck Culinary Tales series, the company is sharing the stories of Chef Nikky from Asian Mint and Chef Morris Salerno from Bistecca from Dallas. The series also features Chef Anthony Covatta from Steak and Main in Maryland and Chef Jason Brown from Indiana.
