(OTCQB: MMMB), a marketer of specialty pre-prepared, frozen and refrigerated all-natural food products (as defined by the United States Department of Agriculture), today announced it has commenced selling pasta bowl meal component kits for supermarkets, club stores and the food service segment during this past month. The offerings include Beef Meatballs, Sauce and Spaghetti; Chicken Meatballs Sauce and Spaghetti; Chicken Parmesan, Sauce, Cheese, and Rigatoni; Chicken, Alfredo Sauce, Cheese and Linguine; and Sausage, Peppers, Onions, Sauce and Rigatoni. The Company will soon be adding Beef and Turkey Meat Loaf and Pasta and Sauce to the product line.
These new products and components were developed by Christopher Styler, MamaMancini’s Executive Chef, and Dan Mancini, the Company’s co-founder, with an eye toward providing expanded choices to the Company’s existing retail grocery store customers and its entrance into the expansive food service segment.
In a career spanning more than 30 years in the food and dining industry, Chris Styler is an experienced research and development test kitchen chef, teacher, culinary producer, and author. He has written more than 16 cookbooks; many of which were best sellers, including The Desperate Housewives Cookbook, Sylvia’s Soul Food, and forth coming Golden Girls Cookbook for Disney/Kingswell. He has served as award winning Editor-at-Large for Foods Arts Magazine, Producer for PBS and Food Network television series and MasterClass.com. He has worked with many renown master chefs including Thomas Keller, Dominique Ansel, Lidia (Bastianich), Daisy Martinez, Julia Child and Jacques Pepin, and Jamie Oliver. Among his many achievements he has also completed projects for Darden Restaurant Group, Gourmet Magazine, Gotham Bar and Grill, Lidia’s Restaurants and Food and Wine Magazine.
