Fresh California Avocado Popularity Reflected In Rising Number Of Menu Mentions & Innovative Uses

Irvine, CA — For Fresh California Avocado fans, the avocado’s rising popularity is cause for celebration.  In every day part and across all segments, the opportunity to enjoy Fresh California Avocados in menu standards and innovative new applications is growing at an unprecedented rate. According to the 2012 Avocado Menu Trak* report, avocado was mentioned on nearly a third (32.9%) of 2012 menus, an increase of 48.2% since 2005.
