Pelion, SC: WP Rawl, the premier grower, processor and shipper of leafy greens in the U.S., announces the completion of the newly renovated www.rawl.net. The vibrant, recipe-centric website features new and improved functionality and visual appeal.
The design was created with consumer research and user feedback in mind. WP Rawl also wanted to showcase its’ extensive conventional and organic offerings as product development is an integral part of the company’s efforts for all Nature’s Greens, Versatile Veggies and Rawl lines.
Thanks to the revamp, the new website is not only visually appealing; it has improved navigation and search functionality for recipes. The mobile-friendly website highlights products with beautiful photography and the recipes are easily searchable with social sharing functionality. Other updates include improved search engine optimization capabilities and a new content management system. Additionally, the site offers easier access to the company’s monthly newsletter, The Leaflet.
“We are very pleased with our new website,” said Ashley Rawl, vice president of sales, marketing and product development. “We realized that if we wanted to continue as a leader in the category, we needed a better platform from which to offer our recipes and products to consumers. We had the recipes and the products, but now we have that platform to showcase both of which we are proud.”
As the company celebrates their 90th anniversary in 2015, it is equally important to them to honor their past as well as look into the future. The new website will help WP Rawl feature products and brand partners, such as Monique Coleman and the “Eat Mo Greens” campaign that runs through fall 2015.
