UK: 'Bubbleberries' Go On Sale In Waitrose

If you like both berries and bubblegum, a new fruit hitting the shelves of your local supermarket could be your dream snack.
'Bubbleberries', which look like a small strawberry but have a flavour which is supposedly reminiscient of the chewable gum, are being sold in Waitrose from this week.

In Jane Austen's Emma, Mrs Elton raves while strawberry-picking that the "hautboy [is] infinitely superior—no comparison—the others hardly eatable."
