In 1996, Collier co-founded Produce Alliance with several partners from Ruby Robinson. Over the next 27 years, he developed the Alliance into a robust network of 56 members and 72 distribution centers, creating a combined $5.8 Billion Dollar distribution network servicing the US and Caribbean’s.
After briefly retiring in December 2018, Collier’s passion for the industry led him to start two new companies in 2021. Collier Produce Consulting was established to help distributors manage their businesses more effectively with Third Party Management companies, as well as improve their sales, procurement, and operational standards.
