Greenhouse Grower Orangeline Farms Committed To Honouring Employees

Leamington, ON – The Leadership Team at Orangeline Farms has a mission – make sure each staff member feels valued for their commitment and hard work. It may seem like a simple gesture, but the staff there will tell you it goes a long way.

"We are so impressed by the effort being put in by our staff at Orangline Farms. Many have literally never missed a day of work this year – I think that's a true testament to the culture we’ve created here," said Jordan Kniaziew, Orangeline's VP of Sales and Marketing.

Orangeline Farms is a family-owned, boutique greenhouse grower responsible for bringing Zing™! Healthy Food products to retail locations across North America. These include European Runner Beans, Super Sweet Strawberries and a range of specialty peppers.

Proof of their commitment to employee culture comes amidst a busy time for the company. The Leamington-based grower is focused on expansion and is looking to launch more new products in 2016, catering to the ongoing demand for specialty produce.

Of course, none of this would be possible without the dedication of their amazing staff.

As one staff member put it, "It really means a lot to us, just to know that they appreciate the work that we do. It motivates us to do even more".
