Fresh Innovations California, located in Stockton, California, specializes in organic and conventional fresh-cut apple slices, under the brand Prize Slice, supplying schools and retail throughout the United States.
The addition of Fresh Innovations California, LLC to the Peterson Farms FAMILY OF COMPANIES allows strategic expansion of fresh-cut processing capabilities to customers on the West Coast. With this addition and the existing fresh-cut apple slices facilities of Peterson Farms Fresh, LLC in Shelby, MI, and Appeeling Fruit Holdings, LLC in Dauberville, PA, this allows Peterson Farms to have a presence in the three main regions for fresh-cut apple slice distribution to schools throughout the United States.
