Soledad, CA – Braga Fresh Family Farms has added a new member to their team, Raul Garnica as Vice President of Harvest.
As Vice President of Harvest, Raul will oversee harvesting operations and maintain Braga’s reputation for delivering high quality produce as the company has been doing for three generations.
Raul has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, including 13 years as director of harvest with Earthbound Farm and 18 years with Fresh Express as a harvest manager for both the mixed lettuce and iceberg lettuce programs. Raul is a Salinas native who, like his father, began as a laborer. He has hands-on experience in all facets of the industry including dispatching, shipping, procurement, and harvest operations.
Raul’s position is key to Braga’s vertically integrated business model, and he will work closely with growers, harvesting crews and the sales team.

Raul attended Alisal High School and remains very involved with their booster club and youth sports in the Alisal area. He is currently President of the Alisal Eagles Youth Football & Cheer Program and Vice President of the Monterey Bay Youth Football League.
