NEW ORLEANS — Zatarain’s® is continuing its summer celebrations with the launch of its Red, White & Bayou campaign, a seasonal marketing initiative designed to inspire consumers throughout grilling season with original culinary content and experiential brand activations.

The integrated campaign includes a partnership with Chef Jacoby Ponder, who has developed three exclusive grilling recipes showcasing the versatility and bold Louisiana flavor of Zatarain’s Smoked Sausage. The recipes will provide consumers with fresh inspiration for cookouts, backyard gatherings and everyday summer meals (including a fresh take on a Bayou Backyard Breakfast Skillet).

As part of the campaign, Zatarain’s will also join the 2026 Big Bite Tour at Taste of Lincoln Avenue in Chicago on July 24-26, where the brand will connect directly with consumers through product sampling and in-person engagement. The activation reinforces the brand’s commitment to meeting consumers where they gather while driving trial during the peak summer grilling season.
