BEDFORD – The Beef Checkoff’s Northeast Beef Promotion Initiative (NEBPI) invites you to tune in a series of live [virtual] follow-along style workshops on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 7:00PM and Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 7:00PM. The workshops will feature Laurie Forster, The Wine Coach, as well as Devon and Nia of Two Board Moms.
Join us for an interactive series centered around holiday entertaining with beef – you will leave with knowledge surrounding wine pairing, charcuterie board basics and creation, to name a few! The holiday season kicks off with Thanksgiving and is followed with Christmas, New Years and more! These holidays are rich in childhood memories and traditions, with the whole family. We know things look different this year and we think it is the perfect time to start new holiday traditions with your family.
From charcuterie boards to the perfect wine pairing, we have something for everyone. We are ready to have fun with tasty and creative beef entertaining ideas!
