Burgers’ Smokehouse Introduces New Bacon Steak Cuts To National Market

California, Mo. – Burgers’ Smokehouse announced today the national launch of two premium products – Original and Peppered Bacon Steak Cuts.

Burgers’ Bacon Steak Cuts are dry cured with no water added and are a full quarter-inch thick (eight slices per pound). Bacon Steak Cuts are the only nationally marketed grilling bacon in a retail package. Most national brands have approximately a 120-day shelf live, but because of the dry curing process, Burgers’ Bacon Steak Cuts has a 365-day shelf life.

Burgers’ Bacon Steak Cuts are now available in selected markets nationwide, including:

· Publix in Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina

· Harris Teeter in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia

· King Sooper/City Market (Kroger) in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico

· Bashas Foods in Arizona, Nevada

· Consentino’s Market in Kansas City, Mo. area

· The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) top 100 stores in the continental U.S. and Hawaii
