DENVER — The American Lamb Board is heating up the Seattle area this February
in celebration of Lamb Lovers Month with lambtastic events throughout the city.
Local lamb lovers will be able to sip regional wines and savor luscious lamb
dishes at restaurants, enjoy lamb cooking demonstrations and sampling at local
QFC locations and celebrate their love of lamb and wine at the Seattle Food &
Wine Experience on February 28th at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall.
We’re thrilled to have so many acclaimed Seattle chefs and local restaurants
share their love of lamb and showcase its versatility through their unique and
inspiring dishes this Lamb Lovers Month, says Megan Wortman, Executive
Director, American Lamb Board.

- Campagne Restaurant: Lamb is for Lovers weekend Feb. 12 – 14
- Chateau Ste. Michelle: Special Valentines Dinner; Herb Roasted Lamb Rack
