CANBY, Ore. – Terra Nova Nurseries, a global leader in plant breeding, announced the release of its highly anticipated 2025-2026 catalog, set to debut at Cultivate 2025. The company’s new catalog embraces the theme “Rooted in the Past, Blooming for the Future,” a tribute to how Terra Nova has evolved as a breeding company since its founding in 1992. Terra Nova’s new varieties for 2025 are featured in the catalog, and many of them will also be on display at the company’s Cultivate 2025 exhibit booth.
A dedicated four-page spread in the catalog, titled “Decades of Innovation,” celebrates Terra Nova’s 33 years of groundbreaking plant introductions. A visual timeline highlights iconic varieties such as Heuchera ‘Plum Pudding’, Echinacea ‘Tiki Torch’, Heucherella ‘Sweet Tea’ and Kniphofia ‘Mango Popsicle’. These plants, along with many other notable cultivars, continue to rank among the horticulture industry’s top performers and best sellers, reflecting Terra Nova’s commitment to innovation and quality.
The catalog – building upon Terra Nova’s rich legacy of more than three decades – highlights the company’s latest breeding achievements, with a curated selection of the company’s newest introductions for 2025. These latest releases appear at the beginning of the catalog for easy discovery and are clearly marked as “NEW” throughout the colorful print and digital booklet, giving growers, retailers and landscape professionals a first look at the next generation of top-performing plants.
Cultivate 2025 attendees will be able to enjoy these never-before-seen varieties for the first time at Terra Nova’s Cultivate 2025 exhibit booth (#1121, 1321, NV62), along with additional selections available for finishing grower orders and as a lookahead to inventory options for retailers.
“We approached the 2025–2026 catalog with a sense of reflection and excitement,” said Chuck Pavlich, director of new product development at Terra Nova Nurseries. “With the theme ‘Rooted in the Past, Blooming for the Future,’ we’re honoring the legacy we’ve built over the past 33 years while showcasing the innovation that keeps us moving forward. It’s both a celebration of where we’ve been and a preview of what is next.”
The 2025-2026 catalog was collaboratively conceptualized by Terra Nova’s marketing and breeding teams. Its front and back covers are creatively designed with photos of prior years’ Terra Nova catalog covers, offering a sense of positive nostalgia. The team concepted and incorporated educational infographics and special sections in the catalog, highlighting various Terra Nova series, collections and genera, such as “The Evolution of TERRA NOVA Echinacea” and “Tiarella are North American Natives.”
Terra Nova’s newest catalog also features in-depth information about special programs and partnerships, outstanding trial garden results, the company’s dedicated sales team, and an overview of tradeshows and events. Additional highlights include details on the Unrooted Cutting Program, grower support tools, labeling guidelines, plant tag specifications, and updated ordering and shipping information.
Print copies of Terra Nova’s 2025–2026 catalog can be requested through the company’s sales representatives, brokers or by visiting Terra Nova’s booth at Cultivate 2025. A digital version is also available on the Terra Nova Nurseries website.

Ajuga NOVA® ‘White’ grows with a spreading and trailing habit and features deep-green, glossy foliage. This variety can be used as a groundcover, edger or container plant in sun or shade.
Terra Nova will showcase two new varieties from the Echinacea DELIGHTFUL™ Series, Echinacea DELIGHTFUL™ ‘Garnet’ and Echinacea DELIGHTFUL™ ‘Sunshine’. Bred for the pot crop market, ‘Garnet’ and ‘Sunshine’ are beloved for their superb compact, mounding habit, a hallmark of the DELIGHTFUL Series.
Terra Nova’s exhibit booth will also feature new varieties from the company’s Echinacea PRINCESS™ Series. Echinacea PRINCESS™ ‘Citrus’ and Echinacea PRINCESS™ ‘Honey’, also bred for the pot crop market, bloom from June through October and add a pop of color to mixed beds, borders and cut flower arrangements.
Echinacea ‘Fried Egg’, Echinacea ‘Fringe Festival’, Echinacea PRIMA™ ‘Aura’ and Echinacea SUPREME™ ‘Lime’ are a testament to Terra Nova’s echinacea expertise. Each variety is distinct in its features and attributes, while still having the iconic Terra Nova best-of-breeding qualities. They are standout pollinator-attracting varieties in beds, mass plantings, borders and other landscape applications.
Additional new varieties that will be on display include Geum TEMPO™ ‘Fiesta’, Kniphofia POCO™ ‘Butter Brickle’ and Plectranthus NOVA® ‘Brilliant’, all of which hail from iconic Terra Nova series or collections.
Heuchera ‘Iridescent’ lives up to its name with eye-catching, pearly foliage that changes from rose-pink to silver-lavender as the season progresses. Its shiny leaves are held in a tight mound and complemented by soft-pink flowers.
Heuchera ‘Rosewood’ and Heuchera ‘Testarossa’ are lauded for their rich colors and excellent habits. ‘Rosewood’ and ‘Testarossa’ exhibited excellent performances in Terra Nova’s trial gardens.
Heucherella ‘Pink Stardust’ boasts rust-free and disease-resistant foliage. Its silvery, mint-green foliage is complemented by bright-pink, star-shaped flowers, and is a strong addition to mixed containers, hanging baskets, beds or borders.
Liatris ‘White Feather’ displays the best growth habit of any liatris Terra Nova has previously bred. ‘White Feather’ is fast-growing, robust and very showy; its pure-white blooms flower in its first year.
