Shells, rope and blue flowers

A brisk walk on the beach is a great way to unwind and leave the cares of the day behind you. Use that positive feeling in your shop with fresh seaside-themed bouquets containing blue flowers. Beach finds such as shells, driftwood and ship's rope reinforce the maritime theme. Why not try putting all your blue flowers together on a separate table (with a large-scale photo print of a beach scene as a background)? You can tell your customers that there are not that many blue flowers, but that the colour blue is particularly well represented among summer flowers. Ask questions: Does the customer (or the intended recipient) like blue? What is their favourite shade of blue? Give advice on the kinds of colours that combine well with that shade of blue. In sum, there are plenty of opportunities for you to share your expertise .
