CANBY, Ore. – Terra Nova Nurseries (www.terranovanurseries.com), a global leader in plant breeding, announced its presence at the Beijing Florascape Co., Ltd. (BJFC) 2026 Spring Flower Show. BJFC, a partner company of Terra Nova, hosted the 10th biennial spring exhibition April 8-18, 2026. The event also served for the first time as an official satellite venue for IPM Beijing April 10-12.

The BJFC 2026 Spring Flower Show spanned 3,400 square meters or 36,597 square feet of exhibition space. It featured both indoor and outdoor displays, blending local characteristics with international horticulture trends. Nearly 1,000 varieties of annuals, perennials, bedding plants, shrubs, trees and cut flowers were on display for showgoers to enjoy. Visitors were able to see the performance of different varieties firsthand, providing valuable insights and inspiration for future variety selections and orders.

Terra Nova perennial varieties were prominently displayed at the event and received positive feedback from show attendees. Genera featured at the exhibition included acanthus, anemone, athyrium, begonia, bergenia, brunnera, centaurea, coreopsis, corydalis, dicentra, echinacea, geum, heuchera, heucherella, penstemon, pulmonaria, thalictrum and others.

Among the most popular Terra Nova varieties and series creatively showcased at the BJFC 2026 Spring Flower Show were Acanthus ‘Whitewater’, Corydalis ‘Canary Feathers’ and the Geum TEMPO™ Series.

The event also highlighted several horticultural business categories, including young plants, finished plants, garden design, landscaping and roof gardens. The concept of “healing gardens” was introduced at the show, an emerging trend within China’s horticulture industry.

Terra Nova Nurseries noted a growing interest within the Chinese horticultural market for perennials and the company’s best-of-breeding varieties.
