A historic stilton cheese maker has completed a large expansion of its premises to help it drive global sales.
Long Clawson Dairy, has extended its headquarters and purchased new machinery to increase its capacity for the production of Britain’s best loved blue.
The milk for the production of the cheese comes from more than 43 local farms across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire to produce cheese that is sold around the UK as well as Europe, North America and Australia.
