Most people associate cheese with fat and calories, hence, the weight gain and additional unwanted pounds. That’s why many strict dieters and overly weight-conscious people do not include cheese in their food intake. Much of these notions put cheese into bad light, but these are not all there is to this delicious stuff.As with all milk by-products, cheese is rich in calcium. It also has riboflavin, zinc, phosphorus, protein and vitamins A and B12, which are all essential for growth, development, and maintenance of proper body functions. Cheese also contains healthy bacteria, which have good effect in the intestinal flora, and it also helps prevent the overgrowth of candida albicans in the body.
