TWIN FALLS • Glanbia and Southwest Cheese brought home a record-breaking 18 awards at the 2016 World Championship Cheese Contests last week in Wisconsin.
In total, they retained the most medals from any country entered in the world contest.
Glanbia is one of the fastest growing dairy companies in the United States and is the largest American-style cheddar cheese manufacturer in the U.S. Between Glanbia and its joint venture Southwest Cheese, the company processes approximately 23 million pounds of milk everyday into cheese and whey products.
