For the first time ever, cheese lovers nationwide can enjoy Gelson’s artisanal cheese boxes, a refined assortment of gourmet cheeses and accompaniments delivered fresh to their door.

Each box is assembled under the guidance of Lisa Ali, Gelson’s Cheese and Specialty Foods Expert, an American Cheese Society (ACS) Certified Cheese Professional, and an International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) Salumiere Professional (CSP) with more than 25 years of experience. Ali and her team bring deep expertise and passion to their work, selecting remarkable cheeses and pairings that reflect Gelson’s long-standing dedication to excellence.

The new offering features three curated collections:

California Dreaming Collection: A golden state celebration of rich, creamy, handcrafted cheeses, from truffle-kissed to honey-drizzled. 

American Artisan Collection: Bold, aged, and beautifully balanced. A showcase of America’s best cheesemakers and their perfect pairings. 

Epicurean Collection: Embark on a journey of flavor with globally inspired cheeses and pairings. 

Priced from $99 to $119, the boxes feature items such as creamy brie, aged gouda, truffle-infused favorites, and thoughtfully chosen sweet and savory condiments. They are designed to arrive in perfect condition and ready to enjoy, ideal for gifting, entertaining, or simply for anyone wanting to treat themselves to something special.

Each box ships with free FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping anywhere in the continental U.S. Orders placed by 8 AM PST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 8 AM PST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

During the holiday season, Gelson’s will pause shipping on December 25, December 31, and January 1. Orders placed on those dates will ship the next business day.
