Stellar Snacks recently celebrated the completion of a significant economic development project in west Louisville. The company has been retrofitting a 434,000-square-foot facility in the Park Hill neighborhood, where it has successfully installed new equipment, hired and trained staff, and established a rail spur connected to a piping system for flour transfer.
