Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese Wins Best Of Show At The Dodge County Fair

Waterloo, WI—Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese took home First Place/Blue Ribbon honors in the 2018 Dodge County Fair Cheese Judging for itsMascarpone Cheese and its Marinated Fresh Mozzarella Balls. In addition, the Marinated Fresh Mozzarella received the overall Merit Award. It also placed First at the 2018 World Cheese Championships and Second at the 2018 American Cheese Society. Crave BrothersFarmers Rope String Cheese won the Second Place/Red Ribbon award in the Italian Cheese—Pasta Filata category at Dodge County Fair in Beaver Dam, WI.

The winning Marinated Ciliegine (cherry size) Fresh Mozzarella is a Crave Brothers specialty, marinated in a signature blend of olive oil and canola oil, with a custom spice mix.
