These varieties grew out of a mutual admiration between Blackberry Patch and fellow Thomasville, Georgia artisan and cheese maker Sweet Grass Dairy.
“After years of enjoying Sweet Grass Dairy’s cheeses, it was only natural to work together. Along with founder and cheese maker Jessica Little, we created truly delicious recipes with unique flavor profiles,” explains Blackberry Patch CEO, Harry T. Jones. “Blackberry Patch lets the quality of their raw ingredients shine through and having a likeminded producer to partner with is the key to a successful collaboration,” says Little.
