Beecher's Handmade Cheese will be Paine Field's exclusive food provider when Alaska Air Group Inc. starts commercial service on Feb. 11.
Beecher's will offer three options in the new Everett airport: Beecher’s Handmade Cheese Cafe and Upper Case Bar inside security and a Caffe Vita Coffee Bar outside security.
Spokeswoman Amy Musser said the restaurants will feature menu items that Beecher’s café is known for along with additional options inspired by other Sugar Mountain restaurants, such as The Butcher's Table.
