John Crean is a successful entrepreneur in food and beverage, most recently having co-founded Winery Exchange, the nation’s premier merchant-brand beverage alcohol company. He attended Yale and Stanford Graduate School of Business, and lives and works in Sonoma, the heart of California’s artisanal cheese country.
David Viviani’s family has been in the cheese business for three generations, having founded and owned Sonoma Cheese Company, home of Sonoma Jack. David’s links to the industry run deep, most recently having been the President of the California Cheese and Butter Association. David is a native of Sonoma and currently lives in San Francisco.
