It’s no secret that cheese is one of the greatest foodie pleasures in life (my condolences if you’re lactose intolerant because you are well and truly missing out).
And here in the UK there’s a wide variety of cheese on offer in supermarkets and delicatessens, from Cheddar to Red Leicester and Wensleydale.
We are also very lucky to get to try cheeses from all over the world, with French Camembert and Italian cheese such as Parmesan being incredibly popular.
