Wisconsin Milk Production Rises 1% In September

MADISON, Wis.—Wisconsin's dairy farmers continued to see improved milk production in September.
The latest federal statistics say the state produced 2.2 billion pounds of milk in September. That's a 1 percent increase from the same month a year ago.
National production was also up 1 percent, to 14.8 billion pounds.
