He hopes a new study being reviewed by the Montana Board of Milk Control, touted as the first report of its kind, will bring about some changes in the milk industry.
The $98,950 “Montana Milk Market Regulation Study” by New Jersey-based Dairy Technomics, reviewed at the board’s June 25 meeting, also shows challenges ahead for the industry and suggestions as to how to tap into opportunities.
