Tri-Cities Food Banks Get Big Donation Of Fresh Milk From Darigold

The largest dairy cooperative in Washington recently donated fresh milk to Northwest food banks, and the Tri-Cities has had a healthy glass of it.

Darigold has donated 83,000 gallons of milk since 2013 to Northwest Harvest, a nonprofit supporting food banks across Washington, including 10 in the Tri-Cities.

A public relations official said the Tri-Cities has received almost 20,000 gallons during that time.
