Get out the pita chips, Sabra Dipping Company is moving to White Plains.
America's top-selling hummus company plans to settle into a 30,000-square-foot space at 777 Westchester Ave., relocating over the next few months from its current home in Astoria, Queens.
"Sabra had many choices throughout the region and easily could have moved out of state," County Executive Robert P. Astorino said in an announcement Friday. "The fact that Sabra has decided to expand in Westchester is a vote of confidence for the county, the quality of its workforce and all the other advantages it can offer businesses."
The company plans to move 33 jobs from Astoria to White Plains and create roughly 32 additional positions over the next four years.
