A South West-based cheese manufacturer is on track for further growth with plans for new products to launch in the US.
Alvis Brothers has produced cheddar on the 4,300-acre Lye Cross farm in Somerset for since 1952, with products sold both on private label in major retailers as well as under its own brand.
In the year to 31 March 2018, the company increased turnover past the £30m mark for the first time, up to £30.05m from £26.62m in the year prior.
