Danzeisen Dairy is recalling several hundred bottles of cream due to insufficient pasteurization.
The Arizona Department of Agriculture says Danzeisen is recalling 360 pint bottles of cream out of an abundance of caution. The state agency says it alerted the dairy and embargoed affected products after routine sampling indicated improper pasteurization.
The Department of Agriculture says there are “no known illnesses associated with the product.”
