American Dairy Products Institute Elects New Officers

Elmhurst, IL – The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), the leading trade association representing the dairy ingredients industry, recently announced the appointment of officers for the upcoming 2015 – 2016 term, which included the selection of Doug Wilke of Foremost Farms USA, as President of ADPI.

"I am honored to serve as President of the American Dairy Products Institute," says Wilke. "It is an exciting time for the dairy-based ingredients industry and I look forward to the opportunity to help guide this association and membership through the growth and challenges the industry will face over the course of the next few years." 

Wilke succeeds Craig Alexander from O-AT-KA Milk Products Coop., Inc, whose two year term as President had concluded. Alexander will continue to serve on the board of directors. 

The official announcement was made during the ADPI 2015 Annual Meeting, which was held in Chicago, Illinois earlier this year. The new slate of officers includes Vice President Jerry O'Dea (Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc.); Secretary Kevin Vogt (Hilmar Ingredients) and Treasurer Dalyn Dye (Hoogwegt U.S., Inc.).
