Wixon Completes $25.6M Expansion of Milwaukee Manufacturing Facility

Wixon, a leading provider of custom taste solutions and contract packaging services for the food, beverage, and nutritional industry, announced the completion of a $25.6 million expansion of Wixon West, one of its three blending and flavor production facilities in the Milwaukee area.

FRANCIS, Wis. — Wixon, a leading provider of custom taste solutions and contract packaging services for the food, beverage, and nutritional industry, announced the completion of a $25.6 million expansion of Wixon West, one of its three blending and flavor production facilities in the Milwaukee area. The project, which began in fall 2025, more than tripled the operation’s footprint and created 110 new jobs.

Wixon previously operated within a portion of the Milwaukee property. The multimillion-dollar investment enabled the company to acquire the remainder of the building and upgrade its manufacturing operations to support continued growth and evolving customer needs. The facility now spans over 350,000 square feet and features five packaging lines, including a new high-speed line; segregated blending suites; quality and analytical resources; and expanded distribution and warehousing capabilities. The site also provides room for future expansion.

Wixon West complements the company’s headquarters and main manufacturing campus in St. Francis, Wis., further strengthening its manufacturing presence in southeastern Wisconsin.
