SHIRLEY — There will soon be a sweet addition to the former 1800s rope factory known as Phoenix Park.
Bisousweet Confections, a wholesale bakery that provides everything from chocolate chunk cookies to wedding cakes, has agreed to a 5,000-square-foot lease at the park, a refurbished 12-building office and industrial complex at 2 Shaker Road.
Proprietor Karen Collins said Bisousweet Confections, now based at Minuteman Airport in Stow, should be settled in its new home in the next week or two.
