Phoenix Public Market Cafe Becomes Largest Gourmet Bakery In Downtown Phoenix

Phoenix Public Market Cafe's pastries, which range from bagels to macaroons, are now available throughout the Valley.

Owner Aaron Chamberlin, who also runs St. Francis in central Phoenix, has expanded the cafe's catering operations and launched a wholesale bakery division.

That means the cafe's pastries are now available at all six Valley Cartel Coffee Labs; Futuro, located inside the new Palabra Collective in downtown Phoenix; and Peixoto Coffee in Chandler.
