PENSACOLA, Fla. — With local restaurants closed amid the coronavirus pandemic — besides takeout or delivery — a Pensacola bread supplier is now changing how it operates.
Generally, Emerald Coast Bread Company in Pensacola would be hard at work making bread for a variety of restaurants in Northwest Florida. There’s a good chance you’ve had their bread and didn’t know it.
But now, they’re cutting the middle man and supplying breads here in their store, which they normally wouldn’t do.
