It took some time but River Rock Kitchen & Baking Co. has found a new home.
Owner Christine "Montana" Rasmussen announced Aug. 24 that her sister company to the established River Rock Coffee will start construction of a new commercial kitchen to allow for expanded wholesale contracting of "seasonal, local and organic fare."
The new commercial kitchen will be located at 219 W. Park Row and Rasmussen will lease space in the historic building owned and being renovated by the St. Peter Development Corp. River Rock Coffee will stay in its current location at 301 S. Minnesota Ave.
