San Francisco-based Marlo’s Bakeshop is pleased to announce that its signature line of soft-baked biscotti has passed a rigorous screening & analysis process and can now bear the Non-GMO Project Verified seal.  Marlo’s Bakeshop spent over twelve months pursuing the verification to ensure that all of the ingredients for these delicious soft-baked biscotti were from non-gmo sources.  The initiative was extremely important to Marlo Gertz, founder of Marlo’s Bakeshop, who is committed to providing customers with a delicious and natural product made from ‘clean’ ingredients from trusted sources.  The company’s signature line of three flavors (including gluten, dairy, soy & nut-free options) is now the only Non-GMO Project Verified soft-baked biscotti on the market.
