As part of a commitment to positive transformation in the world, the International Baking Industry Exposition, together with Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery and The Long Company, has identified sustainability as one of the industry's top priorities. The vision is to recognize suppliers that foster energy conservation, reduced water usage, a decrease in landfill waste, healthy living and/ or a reduction of the overall impact on the environment. The B.E.S.T. in Baking program will evaluate and acknowledge companies, both in pre-show promotions and at IBIE, who have made a commitment to sustainability through innovative products, services, technologies and programs.
If your organization supplies equipment, packaging, ingredients, products or services to the baking industry that align with the objectives of the B.E.S.T in Baking program, please read the full description of the program and reference the list of criteria to fill out the entry form.
