Cybake Integrates with Dill Labeling Software to Streamline Bakery Operations
April 8, 2026 | 3 min to read
YORK, UK – Cybake has announced a full integration with Dill labeling software, bringing labeling and production data together in one connected system.
Based in Swansea, UK, Dill is a food labeling infrastructure platform automating food to go compliance, food prep and operational traceability across food service and retail in the UK and North America.
York-based Cybake is the UK’s leading provider of bakery ERP software and has a fast-growing user base across North America, Australia, and Asia.
With this integration, product, recipe, allergens and nutrition data from Cybake flows directly into Dill. This ensures labels are always based on the most up-to-date information, removing the need for teams to re-enter data or manually transfer details. The result is improved accuracy, time savings, and consistency across all products.
The integration also supports compliance with regulations such as Natasha’s Law, where clear ingredient and allergen labeling is essential.
This requirement is expanding beyond the UK, with similar legislation being introduced in the United States. New rules in New York State will require food businesses to clearly label allergens on food prepared and packaged on-site from November 2026. The Cybake-Dill integration will help bakeries stay prepared for these changes without adding extra workload.
Labeling
Award-winning Marsden, West Yorkshire-based artisan wholesale manfacturer Rogers Bakery has been one of the first to test the new Cybake/Dill integration.
Owner Roger Haycock comments: “I chose Dill as I needed a seamless integration between my manufacturing software and my labeling software. I wanted a system that automatically updated when I changed a recipe or an ingredient and met all the current labeling guidelines.
All my staff are now able to quickly print and reprint labels direct from a tablet without interrupting anybody else, simply making the whole process more efficient.”
Ali Lyons, CEO of Cybake, says: “This integration removes the need to manage labeling separately from production. It means our customers can keep everything accurate and up to date without adding extra steps.”
Alex Coldea, CEO, Dill adds: “This integration removes the biggest friction in labeling: data entry. Recipe changes in Cybake reflect instantly in Dill – zero manual input, faster production and labeling ops for our end users. Every label is fully compliant and traceable: use-by dates, regulated font sizes, automatic allergen bold formatting with data from Cybake.
“With new regulations hitting NY this year, bakeries across the UK and US now have one connected system to stay ahead of both markets.”
Overall, the integration provides a simple way for bakeries to make labeling faster, more accurate, and easier to manage as part of day-to-day operations.
