Curry & Company has made significant investments into our 2013 Vidalia onion program. As you make your sweet onion plans for 2013, let’s work on your 2013 calendar together. We have increased our acres, have a new packing facility and state-of-the-art equipment for all of our consumer packaging – we are just waiting for the season to start!
• During the start of the 2013 season, we have several sweet onion options available. EverMild® (winding down), Texas 1015’s, Mexican sweets and Vidalia onions.
Mexican Sweets are a great sweet onion alternative for the January-March timeframe. All indications are for nice quality and consistent sizes.
